Recipe: Bambino Pulav:
Items Required:
  •  Bambino Vermicelli 180gm,
  • Potatoes 50g,
  • Onions 50g,
  • Carrots 50g,
  • Beans 50g,
  • Tomatoes 50g, 
  • Green Chillies 6-8Nos,
  • Coriander Leaves 1bunch,
  • Mint Leaves 1bunch,
  • Spices (Sazeera, Cloves, Cadamom, Chinnamom) 5g,
  • Coriander Paste 1tsp. Oil 50ml, Salt to taste.

  • Method:
    Boil water (For 1 cup Bambino Vermicelli add 3 cups water) add Bambino Vermicelli, 1tsp oil and 1tsp salt. After Vermicelli cooked, Strain and run cold water throgh it. Heat oil in a pan, add spices, chopped onions, green chillies and mint leaves. When onions turn brown, add chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes and add
    tomatoes and salt. Once vegetables are cooked add boiled Bambino vermicelli and mix well. Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with raita.
