Product Description

Ingredients: Water, Green Chilli (10%), Acetic Acid (4.5%) (Acidifying Agent, E260)
Recipe for Schezwan Pickled Vegetables:
  • 100ml Ching's Secret Chilli Vinegar
  • 500ml Water
  • 1 Carrot, cut in 2inch sticks (blanched)
  • 1 Cucumber, cut in 2inch sticks.
  • 1 Bay Leaf, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar, Salt to Taste
  • Method:
  • Mix Sugar, Vinegar & Water, add bay leaf & Cinnamon, Cook for a minute on simmer.
  • Add vegetables, Salt to taste, Mix well & refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Serve as an appetizer or accompaniment.
