1 carrot, 2 Capsicum
1 cup maida
450ml (3 cups) water
Oil to Deep fry
1 spring onion and coriander leaves chopped for garnishing.
Method for manchurian Balls:
Cooking Instruction for Vegetable Manchurian:
Grate cabbage, carrot, capsicum and onion
Mix with Maida, pinch of Salt and water to make a sticky dough.
make balls and deep fry on slow flame. keep aside.
Method for Manchurian Sauce:
make 2 Tbsp. of oil in a wok on high flame.
Chop the remaining vegetables and stir fry for 1 min.
Add water, contents of Ching's Secret Sauce Mix. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for two minutes. Add fried manchurian balls, mix and simmer for one more minute or till sauce is thick.
Garnish with spring onions and coriander Leaves.
