Salt to taste.
1 cup water,
1 Spring onion chopped.

Recipe for Vegetables In Hot Garlic Sauce
Heat Oil in a wok (Frying Pan) on high flame, add red chillies, garlic and stir-fry. Add capsicum and Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add vegetables & Stir-fry for Next 1minute.
Add Sauce, Ketchup, 1Cup Water & Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Thicken with 1tbsp. Cornflour mixed with 2tbsp Water.
Garnish with Spring Onion & Serve hot with Ching's Secret Hakka noodles.
