1 Capsicum diced.
1 Onion diced
1 cup Cornflour
450ml (3 cups) water
Oil to Deep fry
1 spring onion and coriander leaves chopped for garnishing.
Schezwan Cuisine is noted for being hot, spicy & stringly flavoured. Chillies are used in large quantities-usually unseeded as well as pungent flavoured vegetables such as garlic, onions and spring onions.
Now Chinese made easy, just add Ching's Secret Sauce-Mix, water and fresh vegetables and Paneer to make delicious Paneer Schezwan.
Cooking Instruction for Paneer Schezwan
Coat cubed Paneer in cornflour and deep fry. Keep aside.
Heat 2 Tbsp oil in wok on a high flame, add vegetables and stir fry for one minute.
Add water, contents of Ching's Secret Sauce Mix. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for two minutes.
Add fried paneer, mix and simmer for one more minute or till sauce is thick.
Garnish with spring onions and coriander Leaves.
