Product Description

Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina, Water.
Suggested Recipe: Farfalle with Tomato Olive Sauce 3-4 Portions
  • Del Monte Gourmet Forfalle Pasta 300g
  • Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2-3 tbsp 
  • Del Monte Black Pitted Olives 2-3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes blanched, peeled and diced 3cups
  • Garlic-Chopped 1tbsp 
  • Salt and Freshly cracked black Pepper to taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes (optional) to taste
  • Basil- Chopped (Preferably fresh) 2tbsp
  • Parmesan or Gouda Cheese Shavings 1cup
  • Method:
  • Saute Garlic in Olive Oil until translucent in a frying pan.
  • Add prepared Tomatoes and chilli flakes, simmer until Tomatoes are soft. 
  • Season with salt and Crushed Pepper and finish it by folding halved black olives in it 
  • Cook the Del Monte Farfalle Pasta in 3 ltrs of salted boiling water for 11-13 minutes, Stir occasionally and then drain well.
  • Toss the Cooked Pasta in Prepared souce briefly, serve hot topped with Shaving of Parmesan or Gouda Cheese.
