Method: For Manchurian balls: Mix 2 Cups Grated Vegetables to 1/2 cup maida to make a Pakora style of batte. Make balls and deep fry like Pakoras. For Manchurian Sauce:
Stir fry 2 Cups Chopped Vegetables(Onion, Capsicum, Spring Onions) till they are cooked.
In a separate bowl mix the contents of this pack with 450ml of water.
Add it to vegetables and cook till the sauce becomes thick.
Add manchurian balls to the prepared sauce and cook for one minute. Garnish and Serve Hot! Chef's Tip: For making Paneer manchurian- Replace half of the vagetables with grated Paneer to make Paneer manchurian balls. Ingredients:
