Method: 1. Mix Weikfield Corn Flour with a little Cold Milk. 2. Heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan, add sugar and Weikfield Cocoa powder while stirring continuously. 3. When hot add corn flour mixture and stir on a low flame until it thickens. Take it off the flame. 4. Add butter and stir until it dissolves. 5. Serve hot or cold on ice-cream as a topping. Cocoa can be used extensively in baking including Cocoa fudge, Dark chocolate cake, Devil's food cake with cocoa, Chocolate self saucing pudding, Cocoa sticks.
