Recipe for Royal Icing:
  • 2 Egg Whites.
  • 200g Weikfield Icing Sugar
  • 1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Trea Spoon Glycerine
  • Method:
    1. Beat Egg whites until lightly frothy.
    2. Beat in Icing sugar gradually until icing is stiff enough to stand in peaks.
    3. Beat well to remove lumps.
    4. Beat in lemon juice and Glycerine(if Using0
    5. Use Immediately.
