Chings Sauce - Red Chilli 200 gm

Water, Sugar, Garlic, Red Chilli(6%), Corn Starch, Salt, Acetic Acid, & Citric Acid (Acidifying agent, E260 & E330), Xanthan Gum (Emulsifying & Stabilizing agent, E415), Spices (Coriander,Cumin), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative, E211).
Contains permitted Class II Preservative.
Storage Instruction:
Keep Refrigerated after Opening.

Recipe for Vegetables In Hot Garlic Sauce
  • 4 tbsp. Ching's Red Chilli Sauce.
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, chopped.
  • 100g Cauliflower, bklanched.
  • 5-6 baby corn, thickly sliced.
  • 10 french beans, diced (parboiled0
  • 1 Capsicum, Diced.
  • 2 dried red chillies, chopped.
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn flour.
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 cup water,
  • 1 Spring onion chopped.
  •  Method:
    Heat Oil in a wok (Frying Pan) on high flame, add red chillies, garlic and stir-fry. Add capsicum and Stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add vegetables & Stir-fry for Next 1minute.
    Add Sauce, Ketchup, 1Cup Water & Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Thicken with 1tbsp. Cornflour mixed with 2tbsp Water.

    Garnish with Spring Onion & Serve hot with Ching's Secret Hakka noodles.
