Recipe for Paneer Schezwan
- 4 Tbsp. Ching's secret Schezwan Sauce
- 125g Paneer, cubed
- 1 medium capsicum, Diced.
- 1 Medium Onion, Diced.
- 3 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4th Tsp. of Sugar
- Oil to Deep Fry
- One Cup of Water
- Salt to Taste
- Chopped Spring Onion to Garnish
Mix cubed paneer with 2tbsp. Of Cornflour, deep fry and keep aside.
Heat 2tbsp of oil in a wok(Frying pan), add vegetables and stir fry for 1minute.
Add water and Ching's secret Schezwan sauce, mix well bring to boil and simmer for 1minute.
Add fried paneer and simmer for 1more minute. Mix 1 ½ tsp. of cornflour in 4tbsp. of water and add to thicken the sauce.
Add sugar & mix well.
Adjust the Seasoning by adding salt.
Garnish with Chopped Spring Onion and Serve hot.
